Default Rhombus Star

I made this quilt for our bed and I’m pleased with how it turned out. I upsized the Rhombus Star pattern from MSQC and used ombre fabrics on the top and flannel on the back. I finished the top in the spring and finally got it quilted and bound this weekend. I can’t even get a picture of the whole completed quilt right now it’s so big. 😳 I have included a picture of the completed top. Thank you for looking.

Very nice! I made one using different blue batiks for my grandson. He's six and said it was 'a striking design'. LOL I use the Rhombus template a lot. It's great for 3d looks.

That is one gorgeous quilt! When I clicked on the second photo, my jaw dropped. The stars, the stars. For some reason they show up so much more in that photo. anyway, gorgeous!!

Beautiful! I"m a sucker for color and black. I might have to look into that pattern.

Your quilt is absolutely beautiful! MSQC has such great tutorials and patterns - I watch them all the time - and order my share of fabrics, too!!

Michele, that is a fabulous quilt! It's so dramatic. That black background really makes it sing.
