It may have been a bit boring to make but it doesn't look boring at all! Very nice. The simple grid compliments the squares wonderfully well.

Thanks for all the compliments. He'll get it for his 4th birthday in a couple of weeks. He saw the top and said it was "cool" so that was what really mattered. DD was going to buy one for $65 from Target. This was all stash so I told her she could pay me the price. She laughed.

Your big block quilt reminds me of simpler times...very comforting! (I also love your picture of the "bra" quilt....how about telling us the history behind that one!)

My sis always said she never was "endowed" so I made her the quilt for her 50th birthday. I told her that now she had big boobs like she always wanted.
