Great quilt. I also enjoy Donna Jordan's tutorials. I like to work with layer cakes sometimes because it takes a lot of time and effort out of gathering fabrics for a quick project. This one turned out beautifully.

I've seen that tutorial and loved it and love your quilt. Great fabrics. I'm about to start the one she did on the "Three Layer Cake" one, same fabrics (dots/grunge) , just as soon as some border and background/backing fabric come in. Again, loved your quilt, I think I may have to try that one too. Thanks for sharing.
