Wow! Beautiful job! I have a grandson who is obsessed with the movie "Cars". This is right up his ally. And it will last many years. Your grandson is a lucky, little boy. I'm wishing I had done something like this instead of the alphabet one I'm working on.

It is so cute. He must be so proud. Well at least you don't have to be drunk from it anymore.

I still have this quilt on my spare bed - admiring it daily. My grandson will visit on Friday so have to have it off by then. In the mean time I showed it to his daddy - my son. That was fun! He deemed it "way cool" and said that instead of sleeping the little guy would be staring at all the blocks to see what cars are there. :)

Now - I like to piece, but DON'T like to sandwich so ... deep breath .... to get it finished. I'm thinking of tying it. Though it's a twin it's the largest I've made so ... may go that direction.
