I saw some pillow cases with a flap on the inside. I can't remember what style the lady called them but the flap helps hold the pillow in. Did you put flaps in yours? Love the fabric!

    Those are great...
The fragility of high count sheets is what keeps me in the 300-400 range...
I made a couple of pillow cases yesterday. One for the DH outta Scuba fabric, which I can see I will need to make a few for him...
They were fun and simple now to donate a few to the 1million case campaign.

Well I'm NOT drinking tea or I would have snorted! Kind of appropriate for an item that is used in the bedroom...

I think they are called Envelope style, but they are virtually the only style we have in our shops here. You can get the plain Housewife ones, and then Oxford ones that have a wide edging to them.

I love the inventive use of 'that' fabric too.

OK- I know that something funny is going on here, so let us newbies in on it, please. It's not fair that only you "veterans"get the chuckles!

http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-20687-1.htm this is what started it. Basically a discussion on what it looks like. Origionally it was found in a different color scheme. And the passed it around so every so often like on the back of doll quilts, it shows up.

I'm the one who has it one the back of my doll quilt. Eventually, the general concensus was that the design
was an African fertility symbol, I think.

I was wondering what happened to that fabric! I thought the print was bigger than that. It doesn't look as outlandish now that I see it again.
