Thread: Rose quilt finnally finished

    Just finished my rose quilt top, what do you think? I hope the picture of the back is plain enough to see the outline of the rose. On the strips of green I stitched ferns and leaves. I was pleased the way the roses stood out. Thank you for looking.

    I started my first quilt in 1986 and finished it in 1995. It was a grandmother's flower garden. I still use it on my bed in the fall and winter. The rose pattern is one I created. I posted the tutorial on the board.

    Beautiful! I remember you creating this pattern!..or at least I remember someone creating a rose pattern, I'm sure it was you. :) This just turned out wonderful!1 You have to be proud.
