    Boy did that come out just absolutely stunning! When you sent me a pic of it in progress I sure didn't envision it looking this lovely! Sure hope you put it in the show this year, it's a winner, for sure!!

    WOW Deb! What a fabulous quilt!!! I absolutely LOVE the painted roses and the red frame; they add so much to the visual impact of the quilt. I love wholecloth quilts, but the red elements take it totally over the top!!! And the quilting designs, OH MY you have done a wonderful job on this. I've tried that Pearl & Swirl thing, and know it is NOT easy. How did you do the background fill in the center? I think has wonderful texture, but can't quite figure out how you stitched it.

    You have totally inspired me to try painting some flowers. I just got some fabric medium and also signed up for a Craftsy class on painting quilts, but haven't been able to devote any time to trying it out yet; soon though! I sure wish we lived closer so we could schedule some play-dates!
