Default Safety Zone comfort quilt finished

This quilt is for a man who has bone cancer. He loves the outdoors and anything connected to it. My DH knows of him through the Rod and Gun Club, so I used hunter safety orange for the binding to enclose the quilt as a "safety zone" for him. Our gun club gives many hunter/gun safety classes every year!

The quilt back is this great woods fleece I found at Joann's.

He will love it and I'm sure it will bring him comfort! You did a great job on this quilt - very nice thing for you to do.

A safety zone, what a sweet thought. You are wonderful to make this for him and I wish him well.

How thoughtful of you to make him a quilt. He'll love the outdoorsy-ness of the quilt and I'm sure he'll be comforted by the quilt and your kindness.
