    I like the black/white polka dot sashings the best, however, yours is a dramatic difference sashing can make with the same fabric, which I love.

    I love the first one. I just found this same fabric in a 2nd hand store. The selvedges were cut off to make it a perfect 40w and it's a bit shy of 4yds. So I am wondering where you bought the fabric and who made it. My friends 13yo daughter fell in love with this fabric and wants a quilt and curtains for her new bedroom. She takes care of my fur babies and I would love to make her something special -she will not take baby-sitting pay cause she just loves to hang out with the critters.

    An interesting comparison. On the first quilt, I focus on the multi in the square, in the second, I want to spend my attention on the sashing strips. I am often amazed at what happens when I put together my quilts - it's part of what keeps me interested, I think.
