Sampler quilt finally done 5 yrs later

This quilt, "Memories" by Whimsicals, was made in 2010 but I was afraid to quilt it unsure of how I would handle the large blocks on my HQ16. I have a new Infinity and used this project for its maiden run. I'm really pleased with the outcome. There is freehand and computerized quilting with Prosticher.

Nice work! Looks like it was worth waiting until you found just the right designs to complement your lovely quilt.

Love your kitties! Their noses/mouths look like martini glasses - and each expresses a different personality. The whole quilt has a very nice, homespun quality.

I nearly didn't look at your quilt. A sampler I thought, "Mmm seen lots before, done one myself years ago." BUT, what a super one you have done. I love it. The colours and the variety of techniques displayed is a credit to you. Thank you for showing it.

Love the sampler, specially the cats and spools and your quilting. Nice combination of quilting ideas and the colors in your sampler are perfect.
