it's a preprinted panel. i was making errors at the beginning and unsewing and resewing cases the markings to rub off.

We quilters are an odd group of people. We work diligently to make our quilting stitches tiny and then struggle to make the Sashiko stitches large enough. I worked on some applique and used the blind ladder stitch so the stitches wouldn't show and then hand quilted it so the stitches would be clearly visible. lol

not only is that ironic, but we take perfectly good fabric and cut it apart,, only to sew it back together again LOL.

Yes, I thought about that after I had posted. But we have fun doing it and keep the economy going strong. Quilters are the BEST!
