    Scarecrow and Friends

Here is my newly finished Scarecrow block of the month quilt. He is a companion to the Woodland Santa that I posted some time ago. I had a lot of fun adding texture to this quilt in the quilting and I especially enjoyed the quilting the leaves in the border. This block of the month series is available from Timber Lake Quilts.

Oh my, that is striking!! I love everything about it. You did a beautiful job. The outlines of the leaves. This inspires me to work on a fall quilt I started last year and have not yet finished.
