    You ironed it!! :-) They look so different after washing and drying, that I know what you mean about ironing, hoping that it will look newly made again. I did that to a baby quilt once when I was giving it away. I think we just have to accept how they look after laundering. The smooth ones are usually hanging on a wall, and not being used. This is really a cute quilt! Thanks for sharing it. I thought that pattern was darling also, although not because of scotties, my dog was a Airedale Terrier.

    Darling quilt. I really like your colors. I especially appreciate the hand quilting. I am sure it will be treasured.
