    This was the first quilt I've done where you have to trim down parts to perfect little squares. It was challenging at first to make sense of the ruler I had on hand to do that with.

    I have found that Deb Tuckers ruler for the Hunters star is a lot easier to use to assemble this pattern. I love the colors of your scrappy quilt.

    Hunters Star is one of my favorite blocks; this one is so pretty done in scrappy! Beautful!

    That is beautiful! I am making this same pattern for my grandsons wedding quilt but I am using grays for the background and purples for the stars. And a purple with other colors print for the other squares in the 4 patch blocks. Just getting ready to start putting blocks together.

    I love All Hunter Star quilts. My favorite pattern. Working on my 4th one! I love the scrappy look.
