I was one of the participants in a scrap exchange on this board last month. I received my box of scraps and many were kid prints which I do not usually use or have. I wanted to get them used up so I put together this really scrappy kiddie quilt top with some of the pieces. It was a bit harder than making a regular 'matching blocks' top but I managed to get it to all come together. I added the red sashing and the blue border. It isn't quilted yet but that is the easy part. Just thought I would show you a really 'scrappy' quilt top. Just proves that all scraps have a use. :-)

my recent scrappy
Here is a picture of what I did with the left over strips I put together for border. I am making it into a baby quilt for my best friend who is trying to get pregnant.
