Once I saw that he usually had shams on his bed before I thought they were needed to complete the picture. The BACK of the shams was in the material of one of the blocks - a darker printed (small print) color.

This is most beautiful. Love the Friendship Star. The solid blue was great.You really showed your friendship with this.

That was my purpose to chose the friendship star as one of the blocks. My husband and I find his friendship priceless.
