I think it's going to be great!
Are you using a small stitch to keep the fabrics from stretching, since the edges of the blocks are not necessarily "with the grain?" I hope this isn't coming across as an insult....I did a crazy quilt, and wasn't careful with a couple of the pieces, and I ended up with a little stretching here and there. In the end, the edge wasn't quite straight, and there was one area that bubbled up a little. Lesson learned.
At any rate, your arrangement looks great. Please post another pic when it's finished!

    Oh fabulous!

Have you also tried playing with the blocks in any other arrangements? I can see it in diamonds or alternating, etc. That is half the fun.

I know there is going to be a couple of trouble spots because of the fabric, but it is for me so I won't worry too much about it. I am using a small stitch and I starched the heck out of it to try and keep the fabric from moving too much while sewing. I wasn't insulted, I actually like to hear suggestions and constructive criticism, to me it is one way to learn from others.
    Thank you

I like it - but I personally would put a narrow sashing in between each block - like a 1" white or similar! Just my opinion though!
