    I put a very small piece of fusible to hold them in place and then did a small zig zag stitch to keep them in place. I only placed them in an undulating curve where ever I thought they looked "right". Made enough blocks that the dimensions looked "right", added the black sashing. I knew it needed something else and as I mentioned I have an ample supply of 2" squares -- the square in square border. This was really fun since I had no specific goal in mind. Just put something together that pleased my eye.

    It is a great quilt. It does not at all look like a scrap quilt. It looks like you designed and found the fabrics for it.
