Screen Door
#85
I get the same strange looks as I too have a screen door on my studio. Keeps the four legged kids out when I am working. Hey it works and they don't sit outside the door and MEOW!!! Have a bench on the side wall, outside the door, that they can sit on and watch the fun.

Looks perfectly normal to me. Besides, it's your house to do whatever you want in it.
I have a permanently installed swinging baby gate to keep my "babies" (two Brittany dogs) in the back section of the house. When people comment on the gate, I just smile and say, "I know, what a good idea, huh?!" Even though I know what they really mean is, "This is sort of strange."
