That is a wonderful idea. My niece is a nurse and I have been looking for nurse material with no real luck. I think you just solved my problem. I hope you don't mind me stealing your idea....GREAT quilt...

What a great idea for a quilt! Yours is just beautiful! I don't have scrubs but I think I'm going to start looking for them at resale shops!

I love your scrub quilt. The keyboard is wonderful addition to the quilt. Your daughter will love it!

My daughter has been giving me her old scrubs (tops & pants) to make her a quilt. She wanted a lap quilt..lol. I have almost enough to make her a quilt. Added down the list.

If someone had explained that they were going to make a quilt out of old uniforms, and then shown me the fabrics, I would have never believed it could turn out nice. It's beautiful and you are so talented.

That's a really cute quilt that she will love. I always think I'll get a lot done when I don't feel good, but it never happens. I hope you're feeling better.

Ditter, this is simply heart-filled love that you did this. I bet she'll cry when she sees it. Did she know you had the scrub tops, or did you sneak them away from her? Cudos for a final project that is gorgeous, even if it took a long time. Maybe you had a mental block because of memories. I've done that before & cussed & fussed through it all, but like you, determined to finish. Aren't Quilters some strange beings sometimes? Great job.
