I think it is lovely and will be a treasured possession.
I remember the quilts my Mother made with scraps from making my clothes and loved them. Some were favorites and some weren't but I loved them all in the end.
The piano key border was icing on the cake.

Adorable! Seems like I just read your initial post a couple of days ago - you're quick! Perhaps quilt stethoscopes and stuff onto it - a cute touch!
