Larry dropped by to show me what he found last week. It is a hand made, hand quilted Grandmas flower garden in near perfect shape!

Look how small the hex's are. Inquiring minds want to know where on earth he found such a find? It sure is a beauty.

The yellow hexis in the middle are a great idea for my GFG. I have a few flowers finished and some of the whites done and I'm trying out different layouts. Won't be that far for a looooong time! Beautiful quilt!

Never been a big fan of GFG but have to admit if I ran across this one I would have snatched it up as well. Perhaps it's the smallness of the flowers, the little yellow hexe's that break it up, or the border treatment - possibly all of the above. What a beauty.

Stunning quilt! I would have bought it, too, because, although I love them, I'm never going to make one. This one makes me happy just looking at it!

How could anyone give up a quilt like that? It's gorgeous. I'm glad it found a good home.
