    Very nice quilt and adorable granddaughter. What a great treat for you to spend some sewing and bonding time together. Hopefully you have created a new generation of quilters

    Aww, look at that smile!! What a wonderful memory for her.
    I smiled at her dog's name. Carl the dog was one of my kids favorite books growing up. I still display "Carl's Christmas" every year during the season.

    Sweet sweet child and her parting question is one I long to hear someday. She is clearly happy and proud about her quilt for Carl. .
