I used prequilted fabric that was two sided. The only thing I did on the inside was I used a overlocking stitch on the seams where the sides were added. I had a lot of antique sewing machine designs from http://www.kittykittydesigns.com it is a great place to join and the designs are a whole $1.00!

Love your covers they will really give your sewing room a neat look. I really like the machine embroidery design on the front.
