Great idea! ! I made a pincushion with a thread catcher on it and it keeps falling on the floor spilling the contents on the floor. That won't fall on the floor with the machine holding it.

I would try the non skid squares or you can buy it on a roll.Use some kind of glue on the back of pincushion
