Cool! I would love to have had one of my GM's machines!
I saw one like this one at a yard sale yesterday. It was in a nice cabinet, had 2 boxes of attachments and looked to be in great condition. She wanted $100. for it. I have no idea if that is a good price or not, but I didn't buy it. If anyone is interested...I can tell you where it is...(if you are around Middleton, TN)

Hi...looks just like the one I recently purchased in an estate sale. The model number is under the hood across the light bulb on the right hand side. tilt machine over or just bend down & there it is...mine is a Model 503A.
