Thanks, Naomi. I haven't heard them called that, but it certainly makes sense. Of course, when I rocked my babies, I was glad to have the chair arms to rest my arms on. But then, my boy were pretty big and definitely heavy. I still love rocking babies. If we lived closer to a city where volunteers go in to rock and cuddle with newborns, I'd so be there. I'm going to try it out with our newest grand-baby the moment she gets here later today!

So happy for you!! I grew up with old rockers and antiques since my family loved them. DGM's always had rockers on their porches! Enjoy your new piece with your GC!! ;) ;) :D :D :D
