Wonderful room. I like your basket solutions on the hanging ladders. I'd love to sit on that couch and do some handwork with you for a quilty day. Carpe casa - seize the house and make it yours.

The ladders will be a great addition to my garage when I get the ceiling put up. Will store outdoor things on it. Thanks for the great idea, I have a very long one that can be cut to size for me.

As long as you enjoy it who cares what someone else thinks. Enjoy it.

Hey that definitely looks like a sewing room for creativity. I love making hats also, but has been a while.

I would love to just have an area to sew in. I live with my daughters and I stay in my room almost all the time. So I sew and everything in my room. Its not a very big room but hopefully one of these days I will find a n old dresser or two to put my sewing stuff in.
There comes a time in life, when you walk away from all the drama and people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh, forget the bad, and focus on the good. So, love the people who treat you right. Think good thoughts for the ones who don't. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Falling down is part of LIFE...Getting back up is LIVING...

i LOVE LOVE LOVE your room.....wish i could "step in".......While looking at it it reminded me of some of the old general stores we used to go to.....you never knew where to look and always found cool stuff wherever you did....then i thought it looked kinda like the elves' workshop...... Lucky you to have a space that makes you so happy.
Of all the things i've lost, i miss my mind the most.

    I love your room.

And I have no idea why the quilter in the link is unhappy with her room.

We should all be so lucky as to have a room we love, no matter if it looks like some one else"s spot or not!
