Hobby Lobby is closed on Sundays....only store that I know of that is...I went there, drove there just for that store..and it was closed due to employees that go to church and rest. I was so surprise...well guess its a nice bonus for the employees that work there .

I don't know about anyone else but sewing is the best rest I get. I can get into my own zone and since I enjoy the whole process it is resting. A lot more than cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner.

A wonderful Sunday kind of quilt. Being that every day is gods day, what is a person to do? Quilting is restful!
I threw that rule out many years ago and am much happier for it!

Enjoy your quilting whenever you can!

EDIT: I do wish there were still 'blue laws' in the USA. It gave time to be at home and enjoy being and doing whatever we wanted.

Sundays around here are designated "Play date day" with my husband. We spend the day playing video games together.

Love this blanket ... I'm looking for more stash buster patterns so this is going on my list!
I look forward to football season because I can spend all day Sunday sewing. Speaking of which - I should get off this computer!
    Happy Sewing Sunday!

GORGEOUS QUILT - love the colors and the setting! Your border plans should really make this a completed stand-out!
