I bought one like this at a yard sale for $25 some years ago. However, this one is in such beautiful condition -- both machine and case -- that I would offer $35 for it. For me, top value would be $45 because of the condition and because it is complete with the knee controller, etc. This type of machine is really fun to have, but doesn't command top dollar because of the weight (very heavy).
If you do buy it, never carry it by the case handle; always support the weight underneath. (I had one fall out of the case while carrying. Both machine and foot were undamaged, but it could have been a lot worse!)
Edit: On second look, be sure to check the cords. They may need to be repaired or replaced if they are old and brittle, in which case my top price would be $35.
