Loretta, I am going to do the URR. Still collecting fabric for it. Thinking on getting the Barbara Brackman book first, I have E.B's but want to see which I like better.

I love your quilt! I LOVE Civil War reproduction fabrics and have a nice stash-would love to share some with you if you need more! Just PM me with your addy and I will be happy to put some in the mail to you. Some of mine are 4-5 years old, so you may not have them.... :)

Got all 132 pieced blocks done and 156 alternate blocks cut out still got to do setting triangles, Im getting there! woo hoo!!!

That is going to be one fine piece of work. Sneak peeks are great, but I know this one won't do it justice once it's all finished.

Can't wait to see.

As I like to exclaim, I know a good thing when I see it. And your blocks as they're turning out are going to make a great quilt.

My first impression sees it on an overstuffed leather chair in a library surrounded by books echoing of times past.
