You do a wonderful service. The reward is seeing so many people benefit from your generosity. Bless you for your talent to do this.

Thanks for sharing the photos,It is great to see the photos of the quilts and the persons receiving them. I don't get a lot of time to make quilts to give but I do give a lot of supplies and very seldom hear anything back.
I really thought the little girl that had a VERY tight hold on her quilt says it all, you can see the happieness on her face and in the way she is gripping her quilt

Thanks for posting this thread I really enjoyed it. Also thanks for remembering the workers!

What a wonderful thing you have done! Thank you so much for sharing your pictures with us! I notice I make a lot more flowery, bright quilts to give away too. I need to make more for the men. Thanks!!!

It is just wonderful what you have done and will be doing. the quilts look great and you must have made a lot of people feel loved and wanted and cared for. Keep up the good work. I am sure you will be rewarded in heaven for all your kindness. Prayers and hugs to you.

I have just finished three for a camp for children with severe illnesses and I was feeling pretty good. HMM I guess I should try harder to make a few more. What an awesome thing you did.

The look on their faces, says it all.... I, too, belong to a charitable group and sometimes we cry at hearing how well the quilts we make are received......as far as I'm concerned, that's what "it's" all about.....thanks for sharing......

It has been many years since I lived in a cold climate.....I feel very blessed being able to hang my laundry out most days....and not have to have masses of expenses for heating and surviving a harsh winter.
This is so very true. It is quite chilly right now (below 0 F -- minus 22C as I write) and many people aren't able to get their house up to above in the mid 55's F because of the way their houses are constructed or how the heating is. I heard from two friends on FB right here in Poland that one has a bedroom that isn't getting above 11C (52F) and the other whose house is only 16C (60.8 F). These are both too cool for comfort though our house has been 16C at times.
