Default Some suggestions please.

I got off on another foot and began to make multiple copies of one block, Capital T. Somewhat scrappy as I kept running out of fabric. I want to make 18 and set them on point, I have 10 done and lots of other parts cut out, but I'm stumped on the sashing. Dark? light? rust? I'm planning on putting the corner stones in it too. I have 4 larger corners made and some darker brown sitting there.

Thanks in advance. Marcia

How about something really divergent, like an electric blue?

I like the dark sashing with the same gold cornerstone as the triangle corners. When joined, the cornerstone with the triangles will make the secondary Shoo Fly blocks. Pretty blocks!

I agree with Tartan. This is going to be beautiful! I sure like your colors and you are doing such a good job with your blocks!

Hummmmm. I am still learning and chasing that allusive quarter inch seam. I bought a caliper and am trying to measure. I have three settings on the placement of the needle. If I can just remember which one I'm on., Marcia

I bought a 1/4 inch foot and that has helped my 1/4" seams be 1/4 inch seams be more exact. It wasn't expensive and well worth the money. Love your blocks, but can't make suggestions for sashing and cornerstones due to color challenges. I do like the dark brown you show with the blocks, though.

I think they would look great floating with either the light center square color or the white.

Well if your quarter inch is off, then I suggest definitely sashing. I did that on a quilt some years ago because nothing matched up and my points were not that great. The sashing detracted from my inaccuracies and made the quilt bigger anyway. My sashing was a full 2 inches.
Love the colors and the repeat squares.

I think the darker brown would be awesome.

How about no sashing? The blocks create another pattern without it. Lets see how they look without it please.
