Lightbulb Sometimes we need inspiration...follow me with mine

This summer I purchased this lovely butter box...I love blue and the scene is so pastoral wouldn't you agree?
I dug through the reliable stash and found these...I like the touch of red

Now here's another idea...

One block done...Broken Sugar bowl

I like the blues better than the browns. Keep going. All those blocks are a handful.

Yes, I totally agree. I love the blue and have tons of it in my stash but I rarely make a blue quilt. The DH isn't fond of blue so I tend to avoid it. But I love your first block.... love the blue. It's going to be a beautiful quilt.

Both my SILs brought their own Farmer's wife books when they came to visit this summer. I'm seeing it everywhere. I think you've jumped onto the next big craze..... way to go!!

Love that look OK. Reminds me of my True Blue quilt with grey and blue fabric. May you be encouraged and do many more....love the eye candy and why you are going that direction in colors. Love your whole selection of fabric you are going to use in the 111 blocks.
