This is kind of a dumb quilt. I added the cat so it would draw your eyes to the darker colors on the bottom. Kind of a goofy idea I had. I did this the same day Linda did that beautiful pink one that I put on line for her.

His tail is loose and has hat bill stuff in it to make it stiff. It was supposed to be pointing to the spiral.

I think it is kind of cute it does draw the eye down on the bottom photo. It is not goofy.

How creative!! It totally reminds me of the picture book by Patricia Polacco called Appelemando's Dreams . That's beautiful. Did you make up the spirial design?

You do great work!!

No I took a class at Great American Quilt Factory in Denver. Alice Kay was the instructor. Do you remember the pink one I put on here. it was done on the same day by Linda Vopat. She is my quilter. Wish she'd join here. I think you can see her's if you just do a search for a pink bargello.

Glad you all like it. I do think it's pretty funny. I had fun with the cat.

Here is the link to Linda's spiral. Beautiful!! Much nicer in pink than my harvest colors.

I love your kitty and the spiral is just awesome! Don't think I could ever do it myself!
