Default A quilt made for a firefighter

I recently made this quilt for a friend who used to be a firefighter. He likes Mariners Compass and originally came from Ohio. So I made the Mariners Compass and Ohio Stars in this quilt. The Mariners Compass was the first time I tried. I don't think it is something I will do in the near future. Too much of work.

    Thanks for looking!

Fabulous work, though! At least you can say you've done it once, and well!

Wow! That's gorgeous! My DD has always wanted a Mariner's Compass & she's just going to have to keep wanting one... LOL! I know your friend will love & treasure this stunning quilt for years to come! You are so sweet to make this for him! Great job!
