I finally finished my "starflower" quilt - downloaded the pattern from www.CountryJunktion.com. Colors are purple (small print flowers), green, and black with butterflies. I pieced the sawtooth border -first pieced border. It was fun to make and can't wait to quilt it on my Avante.

Sueisallaboutquilts - I was afraid too - it was my first time and believe me - my seam ripper and I parted company at the end. A lot of trial and error - finally made it fit. I just hope it will be easier next time. Teresa

I just love it! Everything about it looks great! You did a wonderful job. And the border just sets it off perfectly. I did this same border one time and it about drove me to drink. LOL Thank You for sharing. Perfect quilt!

That's a beautiful combination of colors.

After working on these 2 scrappy quilts, I swear my next choice will be 2 blocks in only a FEW FABRICS - like yours.

    Thanks for posting!
