This is the start of my Bazinga quilt. What is a Bazinga quilt you ask? It is going to be a lapquilt I use while watching my favorite comedic show The Big Bang Theory on CBS....it is good clean fun! The idea for the quilt came about one night in chat when a bunch of us started talking about the show. Bazinga is the word a character in the show uses like we would use the word "gotca". The main quilt design is going to be this star pattern in orange and blue, the border will contain the word "Bazinga". My plan is to be finished piecing it in time for the start of the show this fall. I will then hand quilt it while watching the show.

I have not watched the show - but knew exactly what you were talking about from the commercial. Good marketing! :)

I just watched Elenor Burns make those starts with two squares - it was a really fast technique.
