I've not seen them put together with the diamonds before, nice touch!

I have a scrappy GFG started but expect it will take years as I 'm just using my train commuting time to build my flowers.

very pretty,,,I am also making a wall hanging with hexes...I also work on itcat night while I watch TV,,,some day I will tackle a full size quilt...love the look :thumbup:

Do you kow the pattern name. I was going through a bag of "stuff" that was left to us when a family member died last fall. We thought we had gone through eveything. Low and behold, I found a beautiful hand pieced quilt top, that was probably made by my DHs grandmother - it could be over 100 years old. I just have to figure out how to finishe it!!!! :lol:
