Wow!!! I'd say you did well on everything but a Featherweight for $20?!?! You really struck gold with that! Love your new sewing niche - - - I, too, have my sewing room in the lower level and it's chilly - - I bring my FW up to the living room and would love to have a perfect little spot like you've got there! Enjoy!

Just love your quilting "room".. You have won the designer's award for this month. Love the piano stool and saw one on auction notification that I get that had the back to it that I would have loved to get. I want to go shopping with you - lol.

I'm fairly certain it is a piano stool! We bought one for a small desk in my sweet MIL's kitchen years ago. They are designed to accommodate the player's height. You've have created a nifty sewing area!! (and I'm another "green with envy" on your new FW!!) Have fun!!!

My daughter bought a FW at a garage sale for $5.00 some years ago. Even she didn't know what she had! Bounced it around in her trunk for 150 miles for me to see. I nearly fainted. It needed some new wiring and a little cleanup and it works fine. No case, however. I have one without a case and I found a soft cooler at Walmart with extra pockets that works for mine.
