Holy Cow!!!! I've read about the disolving thread technique, and actually have the thread. That's probably as far as I'm gonna get for a while. This gives me something to aspire to... Simply stunning.

Are you kidding me...you have to be a professional. This trapunto is fantastic. You need to send a copy to lady that you watched the video. She will be even more impressed. I think that she may partner with you. this is fantastic, great job, now, why don't you put a tut out there for your quilting board fans to learn from. Excellent...

There are no words that can express the talent, love and workmanship that went into this quilt. It must be a labor of love, it is simply so unique and no one could ever duplicate this work of art.

Thanks for the compliments. I really appreciate the feedback. I know I liked the fabrics and I love stars, but you never know what other people think. :-) Yes, I did use the dissolvable thread - Superior Vanish Extra - in the longarm (top only), and it worked great. I use a Voyager 17 on a Hinterberg stretch frame. I bought the set up in March of last year and have been "practicing" and "playing" ever since. :-)
