Okay. It is finally ready for the binding!! At last!!! this is a King size quilt and was all pieced and quilted by hand. It has taken me a while to do this one because Life goes on and not enough hours in the day lately to have much time left for quilting. It is almost ready for the binding. What color binding should I use? I'm toying with the idea of using black. What do you think?

I like the idea of black, it would really make the colors POP!!
Great job, how long did the quilt take?

It's gorgeous! Since it's so scrappy almost any binding would work, but I do like the idea of going with black to make all those colors pop.

I just worked on it as time allowed. But, roughly looking at man hours, it too me a couple of months. It's huge.

    Nice.

I think a navy blue or dark red would look nicer for the binding than black.

I don't see much black in the quilt itself.
