Sweat pea and my quilt blocks
#21
I have a few blocks that I am working on being finished but the other ones have been in soaking in Oxyclean and denture tablets. Yes, I googled it. They are almost all white so most of the yellowing stains are out. They look terrific.

OMG, the soaking has turned the yellow white, so I have 12 blocks that are completely clean and waiting for the other 4 blocks, so I have 16 all together. now I will need to figure out a pattern to piece them together. Thinking, thinking, thinking, so if anyone else has any options please feel free to help.

Oh, I have some of those blocks!!! They are part of what we inherited from mom-in-law and are now part of my someday stash. You know, I'll work on them someday when I retire from my day job. Thanks for showing them...they are beautiful.

I am just wondering how to piece them. I mean+, sashing or alternate quilt blocks???? I was thinking it might be cute to find the solid colored fabrics that are in the applique and make something like piano key sashing. I don't want it to be to busy but since I am keeping this one, I want it to be what I want.
