I agree with breaking up the greens. Also agree with Dunster re: narrow sashings! Your blocks are beautiful!!

I find that taking a photo of my block layout and looking at it on the computer really helps. Also if you have the option of viewing in black and white it makes a difference to see the tones better. Lovely blocks! Cant wait to see it all together

Why is this called a "Swoon" block. Whatever reason, I love it. I clicked on the link that was given and I agree about the sashings. Where can I get the pattern, is it EPP or machined stitched. I would really love to make one of these and this is the first one I have seen.
Thanks for sharing.

I would add sashing and cornerstones, separate your colors also. The quilt blocks look fabulous, did not know they were called 'swoon'. You will have a beautiful quilt when this is finished.

It is actually an ancient block pattern renamed something catchy
Carpenters wheel I think.

Whatever, I'm glad to see quilters stretching their abilities with something beside sewing precuts.

Love the colors..I agree, some sashing and cornerstones to separate the blocks and spread out the green blocks to even it up. Can't wait to see it finished.
