    A friend of mine brought me his t-shirt early this month for me to make him a quilt. Finished the top this morning...now hoping he will like what I did.

    It's beautiful and probably more than he expected. I mean-who would think the blocks began as t-shirts? The black & yellow sashing really sets the t's off.

    How could he not like it? It's wonderful. I agree that the sashing just sets it all off and adds the POP.
