I love both of them :!: Nice work clever ideas on using the shirts. I like how you did it.

jacquemoe~~Loved the tee-shirt rag quilt. I'm going to make one for my daughter from her sorority shirts and have been tossing ideas around in my head. I had already decided it had to be a rag quilt....I had an idea to make the sashing from 5" rag blocks, but like your idea......so I still haven't made a decision. Thanks for posting the picture.

Welcome to the group! I keep telling them we're a guild without dues and that's a good thing, right?? :-)

I think your quilts are beautiful! I have 30 years of Boy Scout t-shirts, they are all boxed up now (I gained a little weight somehow in the last five years  ) and now I know what to do with them all. There are some designs on them that my boys did and I just would love to have those memories to think on frequently. Thanks for another great idea!!

That's the wonderful thing about being here, ideas abound!!!!

I used a light weight, iron-on fusible web. On a quilt this big, I think I'd recommend and medium weight.

I haven't read my mail in a while so, my appologies for not replying sooner. Can't we all use a lot of ideas! I look for ideas everywhere so now you know why I'm here :D Thanks,
Jackie
