Whoa! Who says moms aren't, like, totally cool? (except my son....)

This is very cute - if that describes skulls. Anyway, you did a great job, and I know your DD will love it.

My grand kids are really into those prints too! I think it's funny how they mix roses and skulls! The bag is awesome!! I would love one for myself, maybe not in that fabric :? Where did you find the pattern?

The name of the pattern is Bow Tucks Tote by Lazy Girl and it is available online and at your local quilt shop. there is also a Mini Bow Tuck pattern, but my lqs only had the full size so I just changed the pattern to the size I wanted. No biggie. Just took a little math

The button is a kit from craft/fabric store. It is in the sewing notions or button areas. Just ask and I am sure a clerk can help you. depending on the size of button you get either 3 or 4 buttons for around $5 to $7.

Thanks for all the kind comments. It really was fun to work with this fabric.

That is a really cool tote. Love all the pockets inside...The eyeball button is awesome, you chose the right part of the fabric for that...I'm sure she LOVES it.
