I should probably clarify how special it is to me. You see my father is a dual lung transplant patient. He isn't very well and it just takes him longer to do things than it used to. So he took the time and energy to do this for me so it really does mean a lot and of course it goes in my favorite room of the house - my sewing room.

It looks real handy. You have a nice slotted area for all your rulers. A nice compartment for templates and stuff, quilter's have a lot of stuff. A handle to move it around and most important, something your Dad made just for you!

As far as hooks go....even cup hooks, but they'd have to be larger ones to hold scissors!

Your dad did a great job with this gift for you! Make sure to treasure it!

I love it.. Tell your dad hes one in a million !! that is one beautiful job he did.. I would fill that in no time.. It would be PERFECT for my long rulers..

it looks like a man's valet! with a couple of modifications...not sure how practical it will be...guess we will need pix of it in USE...
