(I prefer sizing over starch, both sold at the same stores in the same place usually side by side)
What is the difference between starch and sizing? And how does the product “flatter” fit in?

I'm not sure how I am going to quilt this ... or how big I am going to go, so I'm not going to sew them all together yet.

I love your quilt, the pattern and fabric are a great combo. What fabric line is it from if you don’t mind me asking?

I do not know the difference in the two but I like the hand (feel / texture) of the sizing better then the starch.I do not know have never heard of "flatter"

I decided to do it with the three colours - dark purple, light purple and white ... so it was on hold until the light purple fabric arrived. During that time I made my mini wholecloth and a 2 fabric applique!

It arrived, and here is what I have done so far

You are making great progress. It's fun to see the colors and design come together in the quilt.

Congrats on solving your challenge..isn't that a great feeling! Your blocks are great and look like they will join together smoothly. Wouldn't you like to show your version to the original "designer", along with your comments and suggestions on construction! Btw- Go for a big quilt....it will be striking!
