Believe or not I googled it. It is just 5 inch squares. 9 total for for the front and 9 total for the back. 3 on each end and 3 on the bottom. you make the handle at your desired length.
By the way I received a great present in return. My son and daugher in law told me that I am going to be a grandmother. They are in the process of adopting a child. I was so excited. As soon as we find out what the age and sex will be I have to start a quilt for this special addition to our family. They will be getting the child in March of this year. :-D
